TESCH, Larry

Greetings, my name is Larry Tesch and I graduated Silverhawk Aviation Academy in February 2007. After graduating I then became an instructor at Silverhawk until October 2008, when I was hired at Air Logistics in Louisiana. I now fly Bell Long Rangers in the Gulf of Mexico for oil rig support, transporting people and equipment to offshore oil platforms.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Silverhawk Aviation Academy! From the time I started training and throughout my position as a flight instructor. The school is structured for the student allowing the individual to schedule training around their specific needs. The people that I worked with were fantastic! The other instructors were helpful and friendly and especially the owner and chief pilot. I owe everything to Catherine and Lynn for getting me to where I am today!

I would recommend Silverhawk Aviation Academy to anyone that was interested in a career as a helicopter pilot. The school is in a great location with mountainous terrain and controlled airspace close enough to be an everyday part of training. The experiences and skills I gained were an immediate benefit to me as I entered the commercial helicopter workforce.
