Every Student Has a Story. Here's Kennedy's.

Sometimes it’s crazy to think about all the incredible stories that surround us.

Take Kennedy, for example. Before becoming a student pilot, she began building her career in aviation with Piedmont Airlines in 2019. She worked her way up from a cross-trained agent to a trainer and eventually a supervisor, all while serving as the President of Piedmont's Women in Aviation chapter.

After years of working hard to make flight training possible, Kennedy began training with us and is now pursuing her goal of becoming a professional pilot. She also serves as the Outreach Chair for Women in Aviation Gem State and is known for her volunteer work. From helping families receive Christmas gifts and serving Thanksgiving dinners to those in need, to being hand-selected to help build schools, homes, and fences for families in Jamaica, she has a heart for serving others.

She currently works with individuals with disabilities and, somehow, still finds time to travel and capture the incredible photos we've been lucky enough to share on our Instagram.

Spend just a few minutes with Kennedy, and it's easy to see why she's such a positive influence on everyone around her. Her kindness and generosity have a way of leaving people better than she found them.
